Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of the StorixApp platform, services, and available features. Please read them carefully before creating an account or subscribing to any plan.

Effective date: August 19, 2026 Last updated: August 19, 2026
StorixApp is operated by Storix Technologies LLC ("Storix", "we", "us", or "our"). When an eligible purchase is completed through Paddle, Paddle acts as the authorized seller and Merchant of Record for that transaction under the terms presented to the buyer at checkout.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By using the StorixApp website or platform, creating an account, or subscribing to any plan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you use StorixApp on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

StorixApp is a cloud-based software platform for warehouse and third-party logistics (3PL) operations. Depending on the selected plan, the service may include tools for inventory management, inbound, outbound, and return operations, warehouse management, customer and user management, barcode functions, reporting, notifications, customer portal access, and other features described on the website.

Features, operational limits, and the number of users, warehouses, or customers may vary depending on the selected subscription plan as described on the pricing page.

3. Eligibility and Business Use

StorixApp is primarily intended for business and professional use. Users must be legally authorized to enter into a binding agreement and must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or completing a subscription.

4. Accounts and User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity performed through your account and by users you authorize.
  • You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • You must not share credentials with unauthorized persons or attempt to bypass plan limits.

5. Subscriptions and Plans

StorixApp is offered through plans, prices, and subscription terms shown on the website or in a written quotation for custom or Enterprise plans. The order summary or checkout page will state the final price, subscription term, billing frequency, and any applicable taxes or fees.

If a plan is offered as a recurring subscription, the recurring nature of the subscription and its billing frequency will be disclosed before purchase. The subscription continues until canceled through the available cancellation method and in accordance with the applicable purchase terms.

6. Payments and Paddle

Subscription purchases may be processed through Paddle. In such cases, Paddle acts as the authorized seller and Merchant of Record for the transaction and manages payment collection, applicable taxes, invoices or receipts, and certain refund and dispute processes under the terms and policies presented to the buyer during checkout.

Your use of StorixApp and your license to access the software are governed by these Terms, while purchases made through Paddle may also be subject to Paddle's buyer terms and refund policy where applicable.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Recurring subscriptions may be canceled using the subscription-management options available to the buyer. Cancellation prevents future charges in accordance with the timing of the cancellation and the applicable billing cycle, but cancellation does not automatically entitle the buyer to a refund for a period already paid.

Refund requests are governed by the refund policy published on the StorixApp website, together with any mandatory rights granted to the buyer by applicable law and any Paddle refund policy that applies to the transaction. For more information, please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Acceptable Use

StorixApp may not be used unlawfully, harmfully, or in a manner that abuses the service or its users. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

  • Attempting unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
  • Testing or exploiting vulnerabilities without prior written authorization.
  • Using the service to distribute malware, conduct attacks, or carry out fraudulent activity.
  • Reselling, renting, or granting third-party access outside what is permitted by the selected plan or a written agreement.
  • Attempting to copy, reverse engineer, or bypass security mechanisms except where expressly permitted by law.
  • Using the service in a way that infringes intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any applicable law.

9. Customer Data

Customers retain the rights they hold in the data and content they submit to StorixApp. The customer grants us the authorization necessary to process such data to the extent required to provide, secure, maintain, and support the service in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any applicable data processing agreement.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the data submitted to the system is lawful, that all necessary permissions and consents have been obtained, and that the information provided is accurate.

10. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge that personal data will be processed in accordance with that policy and applicable laws.

11. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interests in StorixApp, including its software, design, trademarks, content, and technology — excluding customer data and third-party rights — belong to Storix Technologies LLC or its licensors.

A subscription grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the subscription term for the customer's internal business purposes, subject to the selected plan and these Terms.

12. Updates and Changes to the Service

We may update, improve, or modify StorixApp or certain features for operational, technical, security, or legal reasons. We will seek to avoid any unjustified material reduction in core functionality during an active subscription term while retaining the right to make changes necessary to maintain the security, stability, and continued development of the service.

13. Service Availability and Maintenance

We aim to provide the service reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, faults, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Any contractually guaranteed service level must be stated in a separate written agreement or Service Level Agreement (SLA).

14. Suspension or Termination of Access

We may suspend or restrict access to the service where necessary to protect the security of the platform or user data, in cases of unlawful use or material breach of these Terms, or where subscription fees remain unpaid. Where reasonably possible and appropriate, we will seek to provide reasonable notice before a non-emergency termination.

15. Third-Party Services and Components

StorixApp may rely on services, infrastructure, or tools provided by third parties. Some of those services may be subject to separate terms and policies. Reference to a third party does not mean that we assume responsibility for that third party's services beyond our applicable legal or contractual obligations.

16. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

StorixApp is provided as a software tool for managing business operations and does not replace the customer's professional judgment or its own operational, accounting, legal, or compliance controls. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, nor to reduce any mandatory rights granted to the buyer by applicable law.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as necessary to reflect changes in the service or legal or operational requirements. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. If a change is material and applicable law or the nature of the relationship requires additional notice, we will make reasonable efforts to provide such notice.

18. Governing Law

These Terms, as they relate to the relationship between the user and Storix Technologies LLC, are governed by the laws of Georgia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply. Purchases completed through Paddle may also be subject to Paddle's applicable buyer terms.

19. Contact and Support

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and any applicable written quotation or agreement between Storix and the customer, form the framework governing the use of StorixApp, subject to any separate Paddle terms that apply to purchase transactions processed through Paddle.
